Duration of Warranty

Coop offers a 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty starting from the date of delivery. Coop’s commitment to quality design and materials means you can rely on these products for the long haul.

What Is Covered

If you encounter any manufacturing imperfections or any issues with the mounted hardware that prevent proper functionality of the product within the first two years, Coop will make it right for free.

For accidental damage, Coop occasionally can offer repair/replacement materials and instructions at a minimal cost.

What Is Not Covered

Despite the utmost confidence in Coop products, the warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect Assembly: Please use the instructional guides and videos to ensure proper assembly. They will make your life easier!
• Misuse & Modifications: Coop does not recommend making physical modifications to the products, or using inappropriate maintenance products or tools.
• Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, discoloration and other forms of normal wear and tear are not covered.
• Surface Rust: Minor rust once in-use outdoors can occur, and is easily addressed with a touch-up of metal paint.
• External Factors: Damage from natural events, pests/predators, or other accidents is not covered.
