Give processed poultry a clean, professional finish while helping keep it fresh with Rite Farm Products 10" x 16" poultry shrink bags. Sized for birds weighing approximately 4.5 to 7.5 pounds, these commercial-quality chicken shrink bags use hot water to shrink tightly around the bird for secure, neat packaging.

How to Use Poultry Shrink Bags
- Heat a pot of water to 185°F or higher.
- Place the processed chicken into the bag neck first.
- Press out as much air from the bag as possible.
- Twist or spin the open end closed, then secure it with a ring and ring pliers or a zip tie.
- Cut a small 1" slit in the center of the bag just below the breast. This opening allows air to escape while the bag shrinks.
- Dip the bagged poultry into the hot water for 2 to 3 seconds, then remove it. Do not leave it submerged for longer than 3 seconds, as water may enter through the slit.
- Cover the slit with the product label after shrinking. For poultry packaged for personal use without a label, strong waterproof tape can be used instead.
