Description

These watering cups work great with both bucket-style and PVC waterers—and they help keep water cleaner than regular waterers, so you don’t have to clean as often. The cups automatically stay half full, giving your chickens plenty of water when they need it, especially on hot days when they cool off by dipping their wattles in the water.

They’re super easy for your flock to use—no training needed. Just drill 3/8-inch holes about 1 inch above the bottom of your bucket. Place the bucket on something like bricks to lift it off the ground, and make sure the cups are about as high as your chickens’ backs so they can drink comfortably. Use these in warmer weather, and switch to freeze-free nipples in the winter.

Poultry watering cup features:

  • Water flows automatically: no tabs to depress
  • Can be used for any type of fowl. Ducks and geese love these, too!
  • No tabs or float valves to break!
  • Use on buckets, rain barrels, PVC pipes, etc.
  • Perfect for gravity-fed systems (attached directly to a bucket) or systems with a float valve or pressure regulator. 3 PSI is the maximum pressure for the cups to work properly.
Installation Note: The wing nut goes inside the bucket; the washer goes on the outside.
Dimensions: 4.5" x 3" x 2.5"
