Process for Buying a Chicken Coop or Outdoor Structure

What's the process for buying a custom chicken coop, shed or greenhouse?

1. Pick your coop/structure + options (get a coop drawing if you want)
   Choose your coop size and style. Then we help you pick options like epoxy floors, roost bars, where the nesting boxes go, siding style, paint colors, and roofing type. If you’re unsure about door/window placement or rooflines, you can request a custom drawing for an additional fee to see the layout before we build.

2. Send yard photos
   Fill out our Yard Placement Agreement form. It lets you upload photos of your property and review what’s needed for a safe delivery.

4. Get an itemized invoice
   We send an invoice that clearly shows every choice and its price. Note: shipping quotes expire after 7 days.

5. Pay online
   Click the secure link on the invoice to check out and pay—just like a normal online order.

6. Build timeline
   Within 7–10 business days of your order, the builders share an estimated completion date. (Build time can vary based on coop size and how far it will travel.) Builds typically are 5-7 weeks out. Travel time can be 1 to 4 days depending on your distance from the warehouse.

7. Schedule delivery
   We work with you and the shipping company to pick a delivery date and plan the yard placement.
