From Hatch to Harvest — A Structured Workflow
Step 1: Incubation (Day 1 – Hatch Day)
Begin with the CT180 SH Egg Incubator (Setter & Hatcher), designed to hold up to
180 chicken eggs per cycle. Automatic temperature and humidity controls help maintain consistent conditions throughout development,
while adjustable trays accommodate different egg sizes during set.
Step 2: Brooding (First 6 Weeks of Life)
After hatch, chicks transition into the Chick Brooder – 4 Layer system. Thermostat-regulated heat supports stable early-life
temperatures, while integrated feeders, drinkers, and manure trays help keep daily care cleaner and more organized.
Step 3: Grow-Out Phase (Weeks 6–12)
As birds develop, move them into the Grow Out Pen – 4 Layer system. Ventilated housing promotes airflow during key growth stages,
while removable manure trays simplify routine cleaning as stocking density increases.
Step 4: Breeding & Egg Collection (12+ Weeks)
Mature birds can then be placed into the Chicken Cage – 4 Layer system for breeding or laying. Roll-out egg trays help keep eggs
clean and intact, while deep manure trays support faster maintenance and improved hygiene.
Step 5: Processing (When Birds Reach Harvest Weight)
When birds are ready, the included Chicken Killing Unit – 3 Cone and Large Chicken Plucker support efficient
small-batch processing. The plucker is sized to defeather approximately 3–4 birds at a time, helping reduce time and labor during
harvest days.
