- For any live-arrival coverage, packages must be picked up the same day they arrive when requested by the carrier or post office.

Hatching eggs are carefully packed in insulated foam shippers with additional padding on both ends of the box to help reduce movement during transit.
Even with careful packaging, shipped hatching eggs can experience stress or damage during transportation. Postal handling, temperature changes, and shipping conditions can all affect hatch rates, which is why hatchability cannot be guaranteed.
