When we ship: AZ Chickens typically ships Monday–Wednesday via USPS. Delivery speed isn’t guaranteed and postal delays aren’t covered. Please list a working phone number at checkout (it’s written on the box so your post office can reach you). Same-day pickup from the post office is required for guarantees.

Orders of 3+ birds are covered by AZ Chickens’ 48-hour live-arrival guarantee for the quantity ordered.
To qualify, pick up the box the day it arrives and email photos within 24 hours showing any losses, plus the shipping label and box.
Remedies are store credit or a replacement shipment when it’s safe to ship. Shipping costs aren’t refunded; immediate reship isn’t guaranteed.

What’s guaranteed: eggs are guaranteed to arrive intact.
What isn’t guaranteed: fertility or hatch rate (shipping and incubation conditions vary).
If eggs arrive damaged: email within 24 hours with clear, in-box photos of the broken eggs, shipping label, and box; pro-rated store credit may be issued at AZ Chickens’ discretion.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
No returns or refunds on live animals except as described under the live-arrival policy (store credit or replacement, based on documentation).
If your chicks haven’t shipped within 60 days after your selected ship month, you may cancel for a full refund.
